fishing report
April 14, 2020
As luck would have it eh! The fishing would have no doubt been magic over the first 10 days of lock down, you just can’t beat still days and big snapper out west. Don't want to get into politics too much. What does the future hold? Well the world and NZ are going to be a very different place compared to a few weeks ago.
From my point of view, we will hopefully be up and running late April early May.
There is still some good fishing to be had in May, even game fish will hang around until then if the water manages to stay warm enough.
Regardless of the fishing I’m sure most would be just glad to be out there.
I sure miss the fishing and even more so our customers, not from the financial side so much as just catching up with everyone.
How are we going to operate after this?
The question opens up again, and we will ideally be running with groups of ten or less to keep some space.
The boat will have hand sanitiser at the bait station for your arrival and boat sanitised each day after each trip.
From what I read, customers can expect to fill in a register every day so you can be traced should things go all viral again.
Hopefully the only things going viral are the pictures from your trip.
So hang in there and we will see you soon.
Cheers
Rob
