Hi Team,

Fish are still consistently biting, with limit bags most days, although there have been tougher days with fish visible on the sounder but not biting. The next trip, they might be biting hard—guess they can't be feeding all the time, and with the water being colder, their eating habits change. The surface temperature is sitting around 12.5-13 degrees, so I guess the bottom temperature is somewhat colder.

There are still plenty of fish of good size, averaging 4-8 lbs, with a few in the mid-teens. Gurnard have been present in very good numbers and sizes. The weather outlook isn't great for the next while; current forecasts are predicting plenty of westerly weather for the next 10 days.

Kind regards  Rob & Jacqui Fitzgerald
